The 2024 Brimbank Seniors & Carers Expo is a free Brimbank City Council event and a valuable opportunity for local older people and carers to learn more about services in Brimbank to help you to live and age well.
Joan Ellis is the President Keilor Life Activities, a seniors group with 238 active members, and is also a member of the Brimbank Active Seniors group. Joan is passionate about supporting Seniors within Brimbank to live an active life and socialise with others within the community. Speaking about the Expo Joan said:
“I’m blessed to live in the Brimbank Municipality where we have services and supports to Live and Age Well.” “The Expo is a great opportunity to bring relevant supports together under the one roof to support Seniors and Carers within Brimbank”.
There are 60 exhibitors attending the Expo across the areas of:
- Aids and Equipment
• Advocacy
• Brimbank City Council services
• Commonwealth Home Support & Home Care Package Providers
• Financial and Legal Assistance
• Health and Safety
• Learning and Technology
• Social and Leisure Activities

Keilor Basketball and Netball Stadium, Keilor Park Recreational Reserve, Stadium Drive Keilor Park
No bookings required. The event is free and include a series of free talks, activities and information sessions.
There will be Coffee, Tea and light refreshments as well as some free giveaways.
