About this event

This interactive workshop will focus on conflict resolution and decision making, conflict management – members’ disputes and conflicts. It will take the participants through a step-by-step process to identify and manage conflict effectively in their day-to-day activities.

Topics covered will include:

  • Understanding conflict, how it occurs and how to manage it
  • How to deal with emotions in the heat of conflict
  • Difference between validation and taking sides
  • How to remain impartial and objective during a conflict resolution process
  • Goal setting and getting results from a conflict resolution process
  • Managing expectations and minimising conflict

Sessions will be run face to face or online via zoom based on public health guidelines. Training details will be emailed to registered participants before the sessions.

There is no charge but registration via our online form is required.
