HOMESIDE: Partnerships in Dementia Care

Researchers from the University of Melbourne are in the final month of recruitment for our study HOMESIDE, which aims to support caregivers to use music and reading in ways that can increase wellbeing, foster connections, and enhance quality of life of families and people living with dementia.

The interventions are designed to be personalised to each person’s preferences and needs, and delivered by the family caregivers, who are trained and supported by health professionals throughout the 6-month study.

If you care for a family member or friend living with dementia or know of someone who does anywhere in Australia, you/they may be eligible.
