• Keilor Community Hub – Customer Service: Closed all day
• Brimbank Community and Civic Centre: Closing at 2:00 pm
• Call Centre and Live Chat: Operating as normal.

Public holidays

All Customer Service Centres are closed.

Our after hours service will operate for Council emergency calls. You can call our after hours service on 9249 4000.

Bins

There are no collections on Christmas Day or New Year’s Day.

Collections over this time will move forward by one day:

• Christmas Day (Thursday) – Collection takes place Friday 26 December
• Boxing Day (Friday) – Collection takes place Saturday 27 December
• New Year’s Day (Thursday) – Collection takes place Friday 2 January
• Friday 2 January 2026 collections move to Saturday 3 January 2026
