Know Yourself, Show Yourself, Grow Yourself Mental Health Festival

By Francine Sculli c/o of Sunshine Heights Primary School

Breaking ground as the first dedicated mental health festival of its kind in Brimbank, Know Yourself, Show Yourself, Grow Yourself Festival is on a journey to raise awareness and normalise conversations about mental health.

The festival creates a safe and inclusive space where community, services, ideas and creativity can dance together; helping people harvest the skills and knowledge they need to know, show and grow ourselves.

The week-long festival runs from Monday 21 March to Friday 25 March 2022 at Sunshine Heights Primary School.

There will be a free public program with over 50 FREE workshops, guest speakers and experiences centred on core tenets of mental health and well being; fostering diversity, inclusion, connection, courage and belonging along the journey line.

On Friday 25 March, our community will come together to celebrate our uniqueness and wonder with a block party guaranteed to bring the magic. On this day Sunshine Heights Primary School will be transformed into a universe filled with food trucks, performances and entertainment, experiences, creativity, a makers stands and community service booths.

The festival is open to all of the community and is an all ages event.

Will you come know, show and grow yourself?

While the program is FREE, bookings are essential via Eventbrite.
