Young people can B-Heard Now

Our new B-Heard Now service offers young people the opportunity to speak to a youth worker without the hassle of long wait times or filling in forms.

There are many reasons to reach out to a youth worker, including if you need:

  • Information, advice or guidance
  • Help getting linked to a service or program
  • General support to get back on track with education and employment
  • Someone to talk to
  • Support because you’re going through a tough time.

If you are aged 12 to 18 years, live, study or work in Brimbank, you can use this no-cost service. It runs on Thursdays between 2-5pm on a drop-in basis at two convenient locations in Brimbank. If you would prefer to make an appointment, please email youthsupport2@brimbank.vic.gov.au.

When:

The pilot program runs from 1 May to 2 October 2025 on Thursdays. The service will be available at two of our community centres on alternating weeks.

Where:

Sydenham Neighbourhood House, first floor, 1 Station Street, Watergardens Town Centre, Taylors Lakes.
