Brimbank City Council invites you to Your Place to Connect, taking place on Saturday 16 May from 12 noon to 3pm, as part of Neighbourhood House Week (from Monday 11 – Sunday 17 May), offering a showcase of creativity, connection and fun.
The event offers a welcoming space for locals to discover everything Neighbourhood Houses and Community Centres have to offer.
Enjoy free activities
Visitors can enjoy free programs catering to all interests, abilities and age groups, including:
- sports activities
- kinda gym session
- health and wellbeing
- gardening and sustainability activities
- arts and crafts, and more.
There will also be a community BBQ, kids’ face painting, and a variety of stalls to explore.
The event aims to highlight the important role Neighbourhood Houses and Community Centres play in bringing people together, supporting wellbeing, and building skills in a friendly, inclusive environment.
