Daughters of the West: A Pathway to Wellness

The Western Bulldogs Community Foundation in partnership with Brimbank City Council is excited to bring Daughters of the West back for another season!

The free health and wellbeing initiative designed for women aged 18 and over offers a unique blend of education, social connection and physical activity. We believe that every individual can have an impact that inspires those around them but first, they need the opportunity to achieve their best self – you can’t pour from an empty cup!
