Parks and Leisure Australia have awarded the Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre in two categories at the recent National Awards of Excellence Gala.
Each year, Parks and Leisure Australia acknowledges excellence in our industry through its prestigious Awards of Excellence.
These annual awards recognise and celebrate the outstanding initiatives and innovative efforts of ‘The People Behind the Places’ which promote good use of leisure time for a number of social, environmental and economic benefits to the community.
“Congratulations to everyone involved in the planning, design, build and operation of the Brimbank Aquatic and Wellness Centre. These new awards recognise the excellence of our community facility.
“It also recognises the dedication of so many people in making the facility a reality. Since the world class Centre opened last year, it has quickly become a favourite place for families and fitness seekers,” said Brimbank Mayor Cr Bruce Lancashire.
