Brimbank, made for business!

Are you looking to set up, grow or relocate your business?

Brimbank, as the capital of Melbourne’s west, offers a unique environment for business growth and prosperity.

From the iconic Sunshine Harvester Factory to a vibrant multicultural community, Brimbank has a rich legacy and an even more promising future.

Boasting a workforce catchment of over 630,000 and a number of investment prospects, Brimbank stands as a beacon for business success.

Brimbank Council is showing off the areas greatest assets with a video campaign that you can see on social media. We’ve also sought the help of some great local businesses to share why they chose Brimbank.

Phoebe Gardner, is the co-Founder and CEO of Bardee, located in Sunshine North, and heads a company doing innovative things in the food waste and fertilizer space.

Bardee is on a mission to reshape the global food system by transforming food waste into protein and fertiliser with insects.

Being in Brimbank means Bardee has great access to key suppliers across Melbourne, while also being a location its workforce enjoys.

“Bardee’s location within Brimbank and Sunshine North has been fantastic because it makes all the food being processed across Melbourne really accessible,” Phoebe said.

“We’ve also got nice businesses around us, a community and great cafes nearby that our team really enjoys.”
